Are you reliable?
SF Toys is completely reliable. We work together with well-known payment providers such as Klarna and iDEAL, so you can always pay safely. In addition, we ship via PostNL with track & trace, discreetly packaged without a recognizable sender. Your privacy and satisfaction are our highest priority. Our company is officially registered with the Chamber of Commerce (KvK 96287578) and we comply with all Dutch e-commerce regulations.
How do I place an order?
You can easily place an order by adding the desired product to your shopping cart and following the checkout process.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, as long as your order has not been shipped, you can change or cancel it. To do this, please contact us as soon as possible via info@sf-toys.nl .
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept iDEAL, credit card, PayPal and bank transfer.
Can I pay afterwards?
Sure! With us you can safely pay afterwards via Klarna.
Is online payment safe?
Yes, we use SSL encryption to protect your payment information.
What are the shipping costs?
For orders under €25 we charge €4.95 shipping costs. Orders above €25 are shipped for free within the Netherlands.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are usually delivered within 1-2 business days.
Can I track my order?
Yes, as soon as your order has been shipped you will receive a track & trace code by email.
How can I return a product?
You can return your product within 14 days of receipt. To do so, send an email to info@sf-toys.nl to receive the return instructions. (Please note: there is currently no return form available.)
Are there any costs associated with returns?
Yes, the return costs are at your own expense, unless the product is defective or incorrectly delivered.
Will my order be packaged discreetly?
Yes, we ship all our products in neutral packaging without an identifiable sender, for your privacy.
How will the payment appear on my bank statement?
The name on your bank statement is neutral and does not directly refer to SF Toys. This way your privacy remains protected.
How do I maintain my product?
Follow the instructions in the packaging for proper cleaning and maintenance of the product.
What should I do if I have a complaint?
We find it annoying if you are not satisfied. If you have any complaints, please contact us via info@sftoys.nl , and we will look for a suitable solution together.
