Return Policy

At SF Toys, you have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason.

Conditions for Returns

• The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
• Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on opened or used intimate products.

How to Return

To initiate a return, please send an email to info@sftoys.nl with your order number. We'll provide instructions and the return address.

Return Costs

Return shipping costs are at your own expense. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Refund

Once we have received and approved your return, the purchase amount will be refunded within 5 working days to the same payment method used for the order.
